ACCESS DOWNLOADS :

Once you have completed your order (that means payment has been confirmed and you have clicked on the "return to the site" button from Paypal), your downloads are available straight away and you just have to click on the link shown at the bottom of the page.

However, you can access your downloads at a later time whenever you want from your account as soon as you're signed in on the site,
by clicking on the link "MY DOWNLOADS" on the top of each page. This section is private and only accessible to you when registered. It's password protected and nobody else can reach the links displayed.

Please note that you can access /change your details and password of your account by logging in and clicking on the top link : "MY DETAILS"

All your files are available for two months (61 days) after the date of purchase and can be downloaded a maximum of three (3) times.

Please note also that if for some reason you can't access your downloads right after purchase because the site is unavailable or you get a problem with your internet connection while downloading, you still can try later on from your downloads PRIVATE place.

If you haven't been able to complete download(s) after the above given period or maximum count, please let us know at orders@h-tunes@com, giving your full details, date and content of order and the reason(s) why you couldn't reach your files... and we'll sort it out !

GETTING STARTED :

Audio files are encoded either in MP3's [192 Kbps, stereo] with a LAME codec based software and will play directly on *any* digital player or in FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) which is a file format that offers CD quality audio.

All files are DRM free.

Audio shows will flow in a row in any player as complete concert, but of course all tracks have been marked and separated so you can browse to the selection as you like.
Shows are complete and unedited apart from the reading of the diaries or occasional (rare!) technical problems which created gaps into recording.

All video files are encoded in . MOV format and you can use free QUICKTIME player to watch them on your computer.

Should you want to burn your concerts to an 'old fashioned' CD, we'll provide you with artwork in PDF format to be used with a standard clear jewel box CD case.

All files are packed together in ZIP format within packages of an average size of 100 Mb (slightly bigger for FLAC files).
Click on the download link provided, wait a few seconds for the dialogue box of your browser to open, save the file(s) on your Hard Drive, Unzip them into the chosen directory.
Just launch the MP3's in your favourite player and enjoy !
FLAC flles won't play directly in most of your audio players. You will have to uncompress them in an audio format (AIFF or WAV) to play or burn them.
