THE ORIGINAL IDEA

The purpose of the website is to give the fans the opportunity of getting to hear or re-live the vibe and uniqueness of the h natural shows.
We're intending to put online the widest possible selection of the h natural concerts, keeping the people up-to-date on the availability of the download-shows only by newsletter (subscription below).

Each show will be available for a limited time only and will be a one time offer not to be missed.
So the choice is yours really to wait for the selected one or to get them all...

WHAT'S ON THERE. THE CONTENT.

- the exclusive show of the week will be featured in the THIS WEEK section
- the next show to disappear from downloads will be featured in the LAST CALL section
- the next show to appear for download will be featured in the COMIN' UP section.

Launching and ending dates of downloads will be shown on each show page (bottom right) as soon as they are known.

You can also find all info about each of the shows: full setlists, pictures, diaries read by Steve (the latter being only available to registered members), song credits, REVIEWS (we do encourage you to go and share your vibes with everybody), as well as samples or full songs sometimes (for registered as well).

As an extension of the experiment, we're also planning to put snippets (full large parts indeed) of video when existing.

FORMATS AND REQUIREMENTS.

Audio files are encoded either in quality MP3's [192 Kbps, stereo] with a LAME codec based software and should play on *any* digital player or in FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) which is a file format that offers CD quality audio.

All files are DRM free.

All shows are of course professionally recorded, mixed, equalised, mastered (as you would do for "regular" cds).

For those who would like to encode back the concerts in "old fashioned" cd format, we'll provide you with a simple artwork to print for crystal clear cd boxes; the files are in PDF format.

HOW TO GET THE DOWNLOADS

Once the order has been completed (this means payment has been successful and you have returned to the checkout success page of www.h-tunes.com from the Paypal site!), you're simply presented with a success message and the link to your download(s) is shown at the bottom of the page.

However, you can also access your downloads at a later time from your account, whenever you want, by signing in on the web site and clicking on the link "My Downloads".
The links displayed are only accessible to you and are password protected.

Important notice: you must return to our site after completing your Paypal payment to complete your order and get your downloads right!
You're not obliged though to download straight away as your order is created and is kept under your history (see above) in your account!

All purchased downloads will be available to you for a limited period of 61 days after date of purchase and are to be downloaded for a maximum count of 3 times each.

Should you encounter any problems getting your downloads right within the given period or maximum count, or reaching back the checkout success page after the Paypal operation, please drop a mail to orders@h-tunes.com with date & exact content of your order as well as your full contact details and reasons for "failure" and we'll try and sort it out!

DISCOUNT POLICY. WHAT'S THAT POINT REWARD THINGY ?

As we thought the particularity of those shows was getting a different vibe (and content) on each night of the tour, we've guessed you might want to get to hear more than one!
So, for you ravenous listeners, we decided it'd be nice to draw a discount scheme so the more you buy, the less you pay!!!

Each time you buy a show (or video), you'll be given some points, those points are to be used on your next order to give you the corresponding discount.

The best thing about it all is the more you buy, the more you win points to spend on future orders, Points keep being added to your account after any purchase but are not subtracted when used on orders. So your discount grows with each order!

The current rate is set as follows :
Each euro spent gives you 10 points and is worth 10 cents of EURO off all future purchase.

So for instance if you have an order of 10 EUROS, then this will give you 100 points, valued, as a whole, as 1 euro discount off your next orders.

Once signed in, you can view your capital points on top of each page and get the detailed history by clicking on the link "Points Info".

Please note that once you've reached a points total over 900 ( therefore acquired a discount over 9 euros per show) or have downloaded a cycle of 11 shows or more already, your point balance will be automatically reset to 200, to start again a new "cycle" but STILL with a nice little bargain at the beginning!
