  ORDERS AND PAYMENTS.  

PAYMENTS :

All payments are made online via the Paypal secure payment website.

You do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal website (although we might recommend creating a PayPal account if you plan on purchasing more than one show from us!)

All payments will be made in EUROS and taxes are non-refundable. International credit cards are accepted and you will be automatically charged in your own currency at your card-issuer's exchange rate.

You will receive a confirmation email directly from PayPal after successful payment, and also an email confirmation from www.h-tunes.com with details on how to get your downloads.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are have an existing PayPal account you should be automatically redirected to www.h-tunes.com.
If you are NOT registered with Paypal, you'll be given the option to either register or to return to our website. You MUST click on the RETURN TO MERCHANT button immediately if you want access to your download.

After payment you will see your purchased download links available in the "My Downloads" page at www.h-tunes.com

All files are available for a period of two months (61 days) after the date of purchase and are able to be downloaded a maximum of three (3) times.

Please note due to the large size of the FLAC files and the extra cost associated to them to be delivered over the Internet, we're sorry that FLAC purchases will be more expensive than MP3 purchases.



ORDERS QUERIES :

Should you experience problems with getting your purchased downloads, please contact us on orders@h-tunes.com with your full name, registered email address, date and content of your order and a full description of your problem and we'll try our best to sort it out!

If your payment has been successfully processed by PayPal and you failed to return to this website (either automatically or by clicking on the RETURN TO MERCHANT button), please send an email to orders@h-tunes.com, with the copy of your Paypal confirmation email, your full name, registered email address, date and content of your order and we'll sort it out !
